********NEW CLASSES ******

AND….. Beginning again in 2012 are the :-

STUDIO CLASSES are suitable for adult beginners to more experienced artists and are usually held in 6-8 week blocks. Students of these courses receive personalised and intensive professional tuition based on the technical processes of painting and their creative applications.

The aim of these classes is to provide direction and feedback to a students’ individual work in a challenging and stimulating environment. Classes are small (no more than 5 students), allowing students to achieve significant progress in technique and confidence in developing their individual styles.

Classes are held in the artist’s Bondi studio on Wednesdays (7pm-9 pm), Thursdays (11am-1 pm)

Marisa Purcell is a Sydney based artist who has exhibited extensively in both Australia and overseas.  She has taught at National Art School, Sydney College of the Arts, and The Art Gallery of New South Wales for over 10 years.  The studio workshops have been running for 5 years with a loyal following of students, most of whom are now professional artists, exhibiting regularly in Sydney.
